Sound Bath & Tea Ceremony

Website: amaraproject.hu

What we will experience:
A 45-minute relaxing sound bath followed by a traditional Chinese tea ceremony, creating a mindful journey of sound, stillness, and taste.

AMARA PROJECT – Tradition Grounds Us

A unique meditative experience where sound, stillness, and mindful presence come together.

The gentle vibrations of singing bowls invite you to slow down, release everyday tension, and enter a state of deep relaxation.

This experience offers a moment to step away from the demands of daily life, reconnect with yourself, and simply be present.

Okūma – The Art of Tea

Following the sound bath, we will gather for a traditional Chinese tea ceremony, embracing the art of slowing down through tea.

Discover the beauty of Chinese tea culture as we prepare and share carefully selected teas using the traditional gongfu chabrewing method. Through each infusion, we invite you to engage your senses, appreciate the subtle changes in flavour, and reconnect with the present moment.

A quiet continuation of the sound bath, where the vibrations give way to the warmth, aroma, and taste of tea. A moment to settle, reflect, and connect with yourself and others.
