Organika Sound & Okūma
We warmly invite you on a special two-hour journey, where sounds, silence, and a cup of exquisite Japanese tea create an intimate, safe, and peaceful space to arrive and reconnect.
This evening is about complete stillness and being fully present.
The sound bath is a deep relaxation experience enriched with sound therapy instruments, resonant instruments, and handpan. All you need to do is lie back and allow the healing sounds to flow through your body and mind.
The sound bath, combined with guided relaxation, will be led by Szirtes Adél of Organika Sound, handpan musician and facilitator.

The Experience
1. Arrival & Sound Bath Meditation
Guests are welcomed into Okūma and invited to make themselves comfortable — seated or lying down — as we begin with a deep, immersive sound bath.
Adél of Organika Sound guides the experience through handpan, singing bowls and other resonant instruments. Her work combines meditative sound with immersive musical textures, creating space to slow down, let go and naturally enter a meditative state.
2. Tea Ceremony
After the sound bath, we gently transition into a traditional Gongfu tea ceremony.
As the soothing sounds continue to play in the background, the tea ceremony becomes a continuation of the meditative experience — creating a calm atmosphere and allowing the sounds and tea to work together in harmony.
We slow down, taste and learn about the tea through the traditional Gongfu brewing method — an approach centred around attention, presence and connection.
For this evening, we will be drinking a 2013 Aged White Tea (老白茶).
With its woody scent and gentle honey-like sweetness, this aged white tea is deeply comforting and especially well suited to an evening tea session. After a few cups, it leaves a profound sense of calm, gently warms the body from within and brings a feeling of both refreshment and relaxation.
3. Stillness & Presence
There is nothing to achieve and nowhere to be.
Simply listen, breathe, taste and allow yourself to settle into the moment — letting the sound and tea guide you towards a state of calm and presence.
